What are your duties?
Working under Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for developing the sales and market share of the P&G brands in your geographical area. Accordingly, you are in charge of a turnover of 10 million euros spread over some 50 hypermarket/supermarket and Drives.
You are the P&G representative to the department and store managers with whom you negotiate:
- The product lines to ensure that P & G products are on the shelves and the quick placement of new products,
- Merchandising to improve the visibility of the P & G brands on the floor,
- Promotional events with order volume and presentations.
You work in pairs, with one or two sales promoters to guarantee perfect implementation of the activities that you negotiated with your customers. You oversee these tasks and help your Regional Sales Manager in his or her daily coaching to reach your sales objectives together.
You are part of a team of fifteen sector leaders and promoters. You contribute to group dynamics by actively participating in team meeting and training in a within a culture of mutual aid and feedback.

What profile are we looking for?
- You have just obtained a Master 2 from a Business School, University, or you have already worked as an area manager (maximum 3 years).
- You love leading projects; you demonstrate a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.
- You have a very good working relationship and like working in a team.
- You demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and creativity.
- You are autonomous, rigorous, and well-organised.
- You speak French fluently and have a good level of English.
- You have a French driver’s licence, Category B.
