These workshops will be conducted remotely by videoconference. All you need is a computer and an internet connection. The day before the workshop, you will receive a link by email which will allow you to connect to it.
1️⃣ Managing teams and preparing them for the end of the crisis
Ending the lockdown is not going to happen instantaneously and can be interrupted. It’s therefore important to consider it as a process whose success will depend on management. We see three pillars of success of restarting the company’s activities, picture this situation to be an opportunity to invent a new way of being together. - Facilitator: Stéphanie Dommartin.
2️⃣ Making strategic decisions in crisis situations;
"Taking strategic decisions in a crisis situation" is a practical workshop that helps us take conscious decisions and to understand our automatic reflexes. The meaning that we place on the word crisis is unique to each of us. Social, family, professional or personal implications: which areas of life are impacted?
Without leaving out the important factor of the notion of urgency: "I don't have the time, I must take action right away" or "I will anticipate the future and prepare ". In both cases, I will apply a strategy". - facilitator: Fawzia Grand.
3️⃣ Tracking a position and preparing the way out of the crisis
Co-led by Philippe Destanque and Guylaine Di Giorgio, this workshop aims to exchange ideas, reflect, and take actions to prepare you for exiting of the current crisis. Many topics will be discussed such as: will there be a before and after for both recruiters and candidates? Tools and attitude of tomorrow: how to be even more visible, readable, and make an impact! Transforming activities in certain sectors: flexibility at all times, when will everything will be possible, etc.
4️⃣ Telework or part-time working: turn these into opportunities in the present and design the future
This two-part workshop aims to help you analyse your situation and identify your strengths in the present, but also learn how to manage lasting opportunities over time and how to focus on the future. You can also take advantage of one hour of individual and personalised coaching after the workshop to work with our coach. Facilitator: Céline Meyrignac.
