2024 is all about you: your successes, your...
Élise Castera (Class of 2014) has launched JE M'EN FOODISTE and modernises traditional catering!
A KEDGE graduate, gourmet, and passionate about anything and everything to do with food, Élise worked in marketing for five years before launching "JE M'EN FOODISTE", colourful and committed 100% homemade cuisine.
Before becoming a chef and starting her own company, Élise began concocting delicious dishes and pastries during the lockdown, delivering them herself by bike to share her love of fresh, homemade food.
She felt that she wanted to throw herself into the cooking business permanently and worked on it as a side job for a year before deciding to (finally) make a living from her love of cooking. Once she had her cooking diploma in hand, it was time to take the plunge and create her own business.
She left her job and her future ex-company was her first customer! It booked a sweet buffet for her farewell party in September 2021.
She went from being a salaried employee to being a business owner (and a chef!). As a food entrepreneur, she does everything: communication and marketing, administrative tasks, sales prospecting, meeting clients, and, of course, cooking.
