Paris: Two kedgers open a cocktail bar in the 18th!

After several years of studies at KEDGE, and multiple professional experiences, Arthur and Stella have opened "Les Petites Saisons", a cocktail bar that allows them to be their own boss.

Open a bar? Yes! But not just any bar. "I had already planned to open a bar for many years but it was only by really throwing myself into it that the idea to open a cocktail bar that would embody each season came up. Les Petite Saisons represents four seasons: four selections of spirits issued from a region of the world, with five classic cocktails and five in-house creations and inspirations,” explains Arthur. The Parisian bar doesn’t just focus on its line of cocktails and spirits, which is why the managers also offer a selection of eclectic beers and wines that will delight amateurs. It’s also possible to hold private party, events, or even professional afterworks.

Arthur and Stella have chosen to open their bar in the 18^th arrondissement of the capital, counting on the dynamic of the neighbourhood around Jules Joffrin. The cocktail bar is still in its early days. In the future, they would like to develop this concept further, or open a restaurant using the same format.
