With “Fresh Start”, KEDGE BS helps you change careers.
More and more of you want to change careers. We estimate that in the future workers will change jobs or companies every four years on average. The employment market is constantly evolving, and it is important for you, our alumni, to anticipate these changes. With its “Fresh Start” program, KEDGE BS Alumni offers all former KEDGE Business School students support as they transition into a new career.
Personalised support
In order to best support you in your career transition, the Fresh Start programme adapts to your profile. It starts off by analysing your background and your skills: together we will identify your strengths, your assets, and the areas that still need work in order to turn them into axes for development.
Once the foundations are in place, you will need to plan your future: we will help you build a professional project that suits you.
Finally, together we will define the means and actions you will need to implement to reach your goals.
Professionals at your service
In order to transition into a new career and to be sure you are on the right track, professionals will be there to help guide you along the way. Indeed, the program will give you access to 4 group coaching workshops (group sessions where each participant talks about his or her ambitions and objectives), 2 individual coaching sessions where only your project will matter, as well as a validation interview to help you get started.
via videoconference, accessible whether from France or abroad (these sessions broadcast in French)
