2024 is all about you: your successes, your...
This Kedger has been at the head of his of own marketing agency for more than three years
Mathias Lesluin, a 2014 KEDGE graduate, is the current director LM Creative Agency.
Mathias did a Master of Science in Sports Marketing at KEDGE Business School. “I enjoyed marketing and played sports at a high level. It was clear what I wanted, so I chose the best Master in Sports Marketing programme in France (KEDGE) and enrolled in an M1”, said the young business owner.
Mathias has only held one position since he obtained his degree in 2014: that of the Director of LM Creative.
“I’ve worked for my own marketing agency for three years now. This direction was an obvious one to me […]. I had met companies that had similar needs that I could fulfil, so I grabbed the opportunity. From the very beginning, I fostered a close relationship of trust with my clients. In fact, my main business objective was to work on the long-term, which is how I overcame the problem of an independent agency: the irregularity of revenue. Once this challenge was behind me, I surrounded myself with different providers (developers, graphic artists) in order to respond to the growing and heterogenous demands”, he explained.
Not long ago, Mathias created a new web development department within his company as a result of partnering with a young agency. His objective for the month to come is simple: recruit people internally. “This is an enormous step for me, because it comes with a lot more responsibility. I want to grow while preserving the qualities that make my clients satisfied: Availability, Responsiveness, and Trust.”
The first company with which Mathias will work chalked up a growth of 800% over the last four years. He entirely developed its marketing and communications strategy and created its last website. “It’s a real source of pride for me. It’s also the first company to have confidence in me and I don’t think they will regret anything!” said the young entrepreneur.
Mathias, anything else to add?
