A look back at the first Réussites Solidaires: working...
This Kedger prepares free meals for nursing staff in his restaurant!
Graduated from KEDGE’s PGE programme in 2009, Charlie Laloge has been the happy owner of the Paris restaurant La Boissonnière since 2016.
La Boissonnière is a restaurant that offers its customers small sharing plates. It also plays the roles of both a wine bar, with 100 well-known wines, and a beer bar, with a number of beers on draught.
The restaurant is divided into two parts. One side is a large room with a long wooden counter and mosaic tiles, high stools, and some adjustable tables, and is an airy space with a glass roof, exposed copper pipes, tables, and stools. In total there is seating for more than 130 in a pleasant, airy, almost soothing place.
During this time when the country is facing an unprecedented health crisis, and restaurants and other bars are now closed, Charlie Laloge has decided to lend a hand to an association by keeping his kitchen open and volunteering to prepare meals (entirely free) for the nursing staff of Ile de France.
