Class of 1984: 40 years on, a reunion full of memories...
They participated in “The First 100 Days in My Job” workshop. Their testimonials.
KEDGE graduates recently participated in a new KEDGE Alumni workshop on the theme “The First 100 Days in My Job”. They want to share their impressions to make you want to participate in the next one.
Last May, KEDGE BS Alumni held The First 100 Days in My Job workshop was held via videoconference. This workshop has the aim of giving you good practices for succeeding in your position and the main pitfalls to avoid.
Several points were studied: clarifying your duties, grasping the issues and responding to them in the short- and long-terms, understanding the culture and codes, what is being said and not said, connecting with your teams, identifying each person’s role and impact, and developing an internal network.
TESTIMONIALS:
Noah: “The coach’s advice was excellent and illustrated with a number of case studies from different organisations.”
Laura: “I found the workshop beneficial, well done, and a good guide for the first days at a company.”
Sandra: “The workshop was instructive and provides good advice, especially in complex situations.”
