KEDGE graduate Inès Emsalem opens her first restaurant in the 7th arrondissement of Marseille! 

Inès – a resident of Marseille whose professional plans were completely disrupted by the Covid crisis – opened L'Atelier Woodie at the beginning of 2021 to revolutionise the packaged meals. After attending a business college and earning a Master in Hotel & Restaurant Management, the young woman wanted to open a restaurant in Paris, but Covid had other plans.  Nothing could change the plans of the young Marseillaise. L’Atelier Woodie – the restaurant, is now open from Wednesday to Sunday and is located at 3 Boulevard de la Corderie, 13007 Marseille.

With its ideal location in the 7th arrondissement of Marseille, only two steps from the old port and the Abbey of Saint Victor, L’Atelier Woodie has an intimate setting where you will find the company's distinguishing features: a colourful world filled with flowers, products of the highest quality, lots of creativity, and an attention to detail!

The team, which is young, motivated, and - at the moment - 100% female, not only focuses on the dishes but on the service and welcome as well. The lunch menu includes Mediterranean-inspired dishes of the day (Corsican bastelle, crudites, etc.), reimagined brunch classics (for example, our crazy pancakes) and gourmet desserts (soufflés, banoffees, etc.). For after work, L'Atelier Woodie offers generous "grazing boards" as well as small sharing dishes to share (koftas, puff pastries, etc.) to be enjoyed with a glass of wine or a cocktail.

Restaurant side – Lunch, brunch, tea room, after work delights

Known for its high-end aperitif boxes, L'Atelier Woodie now offers them on wooden boards to be shared at the restaurant. And if you work or live in the area, you can simply pick up any of our takeaway meals. A section of the room is available for reservation. And as a nice surprise, there is a terrace! 

Catering side

L'Atelier Woodie continues to expand its selection of aperitif boxes and floral buffets, whether for professional or individual events, all year round. The team travels throughout France to cater for your most special events.

You can find themed boxes for the most important celebrations of the year: Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents' Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Halloween, etc. There is also a corporate lunch offer with individual boxes and even lunch baskets! 

Event side: completely customisable!

This service is 100% personalised, we come to you with our presentations but we also welcome your requests! Several custom packages are available during the week and on weekends. Floral buffet, box buffet, sharing dishes, snacks... . Anything is possible with L'Atelier Woodie. We can adapt to your desires.
