EngageX is an independent company that advises companies on all aspects of their engagement.
"In recent years, the concept of social engagement has gained momentum. It is particularly highlighted by current events. The main challenge now is to place engagement at the heart of the corporate reactor, not in a temporary or opportunistic way, but in a strategic and structured manner. It was with this in mind that I created EngageX to support companies in all aspects of engagement," said Bertrand.
Commitment is multidimensional: it concerns companies and brands, employees, customers, and consumers, and is linked to societal, environmental, social, and business issues.
-
EngageX's mission is to enhance the commitment of companies and organisations and engage their audiences. Concretely, EngageX provides guidance to:
- companies and brands involved, to explain their raison d'être;
- committed employees, to give them a reason to get up in the morning;
- committed customers and consumers, to increase the reasons for choosing and recommending a brand or company.
"We believe in the symmetry of engagement - you can only engage an audience if you are engaged yourself. In other words, to be engaged, you have to be committed!"
