Class of 1984: 40 years on, a reunion full of memories...
Benjamin Lebailly, who graduated from KEDGE in 2012, is appointed Deputy Managing Director of LeHibou
Last January, LeHibou, an intermediation platform between IT freelancers and large companies, announced the appointment of Benjamin Lebailly as Deputy Managing Director.
Initially Senior Business Unit Manager when he joined LeHibou in 2019, Benjamin Lebailly was in charge of expanding the company's territorial coverage with the creation of the subsidiary LeHibou Régions. His appointment as Deputy General Manager of LeHibou comes after the merger of the entities LeHibou and LeHibou Régions, a subsidiary that has been a dazzling success with 10 million euros in turnover exceeded in just two years.
Graduated in 2012 from the business school KEDGE (on the Marseille campus), Benjamin Lebailly worked for 6 years at the digital services company Alten to take over the management of a part of the banking sector. He then managed the sales and engineering teams and learned the consulting business as a speaker for large companies.
Aware of the growth of freelancing in this sector and convinced of the interest for all companies to benefit from an experienced partner in accessing this community, Benjamin Lebailly joined the LeHibou platform in 2019. He first held the position of Senior Business Unit Manager, where he was in charge of supporting the growth of the business in Paris and consolidating the activity of key accounts for 2 years. He was also in charge of the development and training of LeHibou's teams, including the creation and management of part of the sales team.
He then became General Manager in the regions in 2020, in order to manage the subsidiary that would create and develop LeHibou's activity in the regions. In addition to the 10 million euro turnover reached in 2 years, Benjamin Lebailly created 4 offices in one year, in Toulouse, Lyon, Bordeaux and Nantes. Today, nearly 10 employees are dedicated to regional development.
On the strength of this success, Benjamin Lebailly has just been appointed Deputy General Manager following the merger of the subsidiary with the head office. He will still be in charge of developing regional operations, but will also take over the management of the digital strategy activities of the LeHibou platform.
