A Kedger has been appointed Director of the Marketing and Business Department of RATP!
1997 KEDGE graduate, Delphine Nathan has just joined the RATP as its Director of Marketing and Business
On Monday, 7 September, Delphine Nathan joined RATP as Director of the Marketing and Business Director. Also a Member of the Management Committee, she is in charge of implementing the company’s business development and client experience policies.
This KEDGE (Bordeaux campus) Alumna has been the Director of Business and Client Relations OUI.sncf. She went to work with the team at Voyages SNCF in 2014 and took part in launching the TGV INOUI brand. Prior to that, she worked in the marketing sector with Yves Rocher, then for other major consumer brands.
Now Director of the Marketing and Business Department of RATP, Delphine Nathan’s task is to identify the expectations of passengers in order to improve their experience in the bus stops and stations, as well as the other forms of transport. To this end, she will steer the operational implementation of the company's strategy in terms of the physical and digital services offered to customers.
Delphine Nathan replaces Patricia Delon, who has been named the President/Director General of RATP Travel Retail. nommée Présidente-Directrice Générale de RATP Travel Retail.
