5 KEDGE Alumni are Directors in Public Procurement
On 29 November, we are holding a conference on “Why and How Public Procurement Attracts the Best". Five KEDGE Alumni will speak at this event. This is the occasion to learn more about their backgrounds.
The KEDGE Business School programme dedicated to has been a leader in the sector for some time now. Every year, hundreds of talented individuals leave our school to hold important positions in the purchasing departments of large corporations. With a view to uniting this exceptional community, KEDGE Alumni and the AAMAI (Alumni of MAI Association) have organised a conference on public procurement on 29 November. Five KEDGE graduates with remarkable careers will be speaking.

Dominique Etourneau, Purchasing Director ADP (Aéroports de Paris):
A 1988 graduate of the MAI (MSc in Purchasing & Innovation Management) programme of KEDGE, and the École Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes (National School of Engineering, Tarbes), Dominique Etourneau began his career as a Buyer at Pomagalski in 1989. He then held several positions in procurement, going from buyer (Goupil) to Group Leader for Procurements (Giat Industries then Cofratel), and then Purchasing Director. In 1997, he became of Director of Production Purchasing at Alcatel CIT, then Project Sourcing VP for the Alcatel-Lucent Group. Dominique Etourneau has been in his current position as Purchasing Director at Aéroports de Paris since July 2009.
François Maurage, Purchasing Director, SNCF Réseau:
After receiving his degree from Sciences Po Grenoble, François Maurage graduated from KEDGE’s MAI programme (MSc in Purchasing & Innovation Management) in 1988, and later graduated from the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. He started working at General Electric and spent nearly 15 years in the automotive industry, successively holding the positions of Divisional Purchasing Manager at Valeo, Programmes Purchasing Director and PSA & Toyota Business Units Purchasing Director at Faurecia Interior Systems, and France Purchasing Manager at Lear Corporation. He joined SNCF in 2008 to create its Strategic and Central Purchasing Department. Since 2015, he has been in charge of EPIC SNCF Réseau's purchases.
Wilfried Boudas, Purchasing Director, UGAP:
Wilfried Boudas has spent his entire career in procurement. He has a law degree and Master’s in Industrial Procurement from KEDGE (1993), and joined EADS as Project Leader to join Grace SA two years later as industrial buyer. From 1996 to 2002, he worked for the La Poste group as North West Procurement Coordinator. He then joined the RATP for ten years (from 2002 to 2012), advancing to the position of Head of General Purchasing. Since 2012, Wilfried Boudas has been Procurement Director of UGAP (Union of Public Procurement Groups).
Fabrice Picardi, Chief Procurement Officer and General Counsel, Regional Council of the Centre Val de Loire; General Manager, Procurement and Services Centre, Approlys Centr’Achats:
A 1994 graduate of KEDGE’s MAI programme (MSc in Purchasing & Innovation Management), Fabrice Picardi began his career in 1995 as a Buyer with Honeywell. He then joined the SAP Group in 1999, where he spent more than four years as Director of Purchasing and Real Estate Europe. In 2005, he joined Nexans as Vice President of Group Purchasing. He held this position for 11 years before joining the Central Val de Loire Regional Council as Territorial Administrator in charge of Procurement, Public Order, Legal and Insurance. While there, he has put into operation the largest central purchasing territory with some 800 member communities in the region.
Justine Ganseman, Procurement Director, Andra:
In 2001, Justine Ganseman received a diploma from KEDGE’s grande école programme, then in 2002, she graduated from KEDGE’s MAI programme (MSc in Purchasing & Innovation Management). She began her career as a Buyer in the French government’s Directorate General of Armaments and then moved up to Head of Purchasing. From 2006 to 2013, she worked for the Bouygues Telecom group as a Network Buyer and Strategic Product Buyer. Since 2013, Justine Ganseman has been Head of Purchasing Department at ANDRA (National Agency for the Management of Radioactive Waste).
