ORGANIZING A CONFERENCE

Every year, KEDGE Alumni organizes numerous conferences with its graduates on the school's various campuses, as well as by videoconference. Open to graduates and students,regardless of program or campus of origin, as well as to outsiders, these conferences are an opportunity for you to get together with other KEDGE alumni.These conferences are an opportunity to get together with other kedgers and exchange ideas with specialists on specific topics.

Don't hesitate to contact KEDGE Alumni to organize your conference!

1. I contact KEDGE Alumni and outline the desired theme and proposed dates (at least 3 months before the date of the conference);
2. The theme and date are validated by KEDGE Alumni teams according to the calendar of events;
3. Together, we source potential speakers and validate their availability. If you wish, you can also be a speaker;
4. KEDGE Alumni creates a conference registration link on the KEDGE Alumni website and manages participant registrations;
5. Communication of the conference by all parties involved in the organization (by e-mail, via social networks, etc.);
6. If the conference :
   • Is organized on one of the campuses: KEDGE Alumni takes care of booking the venue, organizing a cocktail party*, paying speakers' expenses and providing the necessary technical equipment;
   • Is organized online: KEDGE Alumni takes care of creating the online conference link and sending it to participants;
7. On the day of the event, one of our team members is present.

* Depending on the audience, and in accordance with KEDGE policy, no alcohol will be served during the cocktail.

KEDGE Alumni reserves the right to refuse to organize a conference if :

• The chosen theme has already been proposed at a previous conference, or does not correspond to the expertise of KEDGE or its alumni.
• The deadlines for organizing your event are not met, the date of the event is too close or conflicts with another event

After validation by the Alumni team, you can approach partners or sponsors likely to contribute to the success of your event. These partnerships will be signed by the President of KEDGE Alumni. If it's a financial partnership, the funds will be paid into the KEDGE Alumni account for the benefit of your event.
