ING appoints a Kedger as its CFO!
2006 KEDGE graduate Raïssa Yéboué Kouamé has recently taken up the position of Chief Financial Officer of ING France Group.
Raïssa joined ING France in 2017 as Head of Management Accounting. Before that, she worked at EY for 12 years in various audit and consulting positions. A graduate of KEDGE Business School’s Master in Management Grande Ecole Programme, she has both French and Ivorian nationality.
At 38 years old, she has just been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of ING France. In this position, she manages its Treasury, Management Control, Accounting, Purchasing, and General Services teams - around 35 people. Her role primarily consists of monitoring and improving the bank's financial situation, in particular by managing its liquid assets and loan portfolio. Raïssa will also focus on managing the financial impact of the Covid-19 crisis. - newsroom.ing.fr
With this appointment, the bank's Executive Committee is now made up of five women and three men, including CEO Karien van Gennip, thereby making ING in France stand out with a Management Committee that’s made up of a majority of women.
"Despite the current economic uncertainties, the coming period will be a key time to strengthen relationships with our individual and corporate clients and to seize the opportunities connected to the increased use of digital services. Concentrating the energy of our teams to meet these challenges and supporting the company in achieving its goals to diversify revenues and improve operational efficiency are my priorities for the coming months,” said Raïssa Yéboué Kouamé.
