A look back at the first Réussites Solidaires: working...
What is the purpose of graduate surveys and why are they important to you and the school?
Have you recently received an email from KEDGE asking you to answer a survey? Take the time to answer it, these are not just any surveys!
These so-called "professional integration" surveys are sent every year to the last graduating classes of each program (up to 5 classes).
➡️ These surveys have several missions
- Press rankings: Your answers contribute to KEDGE statistics in the rankings. The data on employability, the rate of graduates abroad, CSR or exit salary, are scrutinized by "classifiers" such as L'Etudiant, the Financial Times, Le Point, Le Figaro, Challenge, etc.
- Accreditation and renewal of programs: Insertion surveys are mandatory for the Grandes Ecoles, and the renewal of certifications depends on them.
- Work-study programs: To continue to offer work-study programs, it is necessary to prove to the government that students quickly find a first job.
- Continuous improvement: Understand what needs to be strengthened or improved in education, based on professional opportunities.
- Salary scales at hiring: The major groups have salary scales for young graduates according to the ranking of their school.
By responding, you will improve KEDGE's ranking and reputation.
➡️ Why do I get the same questions over and over again?
For example, L'Etudiant and the Financial Times conduct their own surveys, which is one of the reasons why you may be asked to respond to the KEDGE survey and then to L'Etudiant and/or the Financial Times in the same year.
Good to know, at the request of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles, KEDGE will survey you several years in a row: in particular to measure your career progression in the first few years after graduation.
➡️ What if they don't contact me?
It may be because you have graduated more than 4/5 years ago: we only question the last classes. Perhaps we no longer have your contact information, or perhaps you have asked not to be contacted by KEDGE Alumni?
Please know that your responses are extremely valuable to the reputation of your school, your degree, but also to our current students! We would like to thank you very much for your answers.
