Objectives
As part of its support services for graduates, KEDGE BS Alumni offers workshops specifically designed for entrepreneurs or those who wish to become one.
You can benefit from our group workshops for the different stages of your entrepreneurial project.
You can also receive individual support from our specialist professional coaches following the group workshops.
Who are they for?

For people who want to start working on a business creation project or identify the main levers in the entrepreneurial process.

Primarily for people who already have an idea for a business or who have a project in the launch or emergence stage

Those not receiving guidance from the KEDGE BS Business Nursery.

The importance of the partners' agreement in terms of relations with partners and investors, transfer of shares, non-compete protections, etc.
The relationships between company founders evolve over time. It's therefore important to determine the rules of operation between the partners at the outset of the company, especially as regards the company's interests.

Financial advisor and tax attorney and business law at the NUMBR agency, I regularly assist entrepreneurs with all technical aspects of business strategy, whether related to legal, tax, financial, social, or business issues. I run workshops, courses, and consultations on various subjects, such as the choice of legal status, drawing up a business plan, and others on various tax, legal, and financial issues. I also work with various other entities, such as the Job Centre, APEC, business nurseries, incubators, schools, etc.

- Claire CHAMPION
Claire Champion specialises in corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions) and investment capital.
In particular, she provides advice on fundraising, both domestically and internationally, covering the entire life cycle of investments, including purchases, set-ups and exits for managers and private equity firms.
More generally, she advises French and foreign companies in corporate law matters.
Claire primarily works in health and life sciences, food processing, chemicals, and business services industries.
Additionally, she regularly facilitates conferences and professional training courses.
