These services are now available in either face-to-face or videoconference format and provide you with solutions to your managerial and professional challenges.

INDIVIDUAL “EXECUTIVE OUTPLACEMENT" WORKSHOP      

The workshop has two stages:

• The first stage is dedicated to determining your operational excellence. At the end, you will have a better understanding of your capabilities and what room you have to manoeuvre. You will also get the most out of learning from your career experience, successes, and failures. You will have a better understanding of how you operate and to what extent you can count on yourself.
• The second stage is designed to help define your professional goals. Then you will be in a position to what you want to do (function, sector, job pool) and target your next career step as precisely as possible. Not only will you have to determine what the title of your next position would be and describe its duties, but you will have to go out into the field to see for yourself if this goal seems accessible and that the reality of your situation corresponds to what you want. 

The 14-hour course consists of:

• An opening and a closing session of two hours.
• Five coaching sessions of 2 hours each, in person or by phone, one to two weeks apart depending upon your progress.
• Preparatory work and e-learning modules prior to the individual sessions to optimise efficiency.
