Professional coaching can be useful in several situations:

• Internal mobility: a promotion has put you at the head of a team, but you don’t feel comfortable managing it. You want some coaching to help you succeed in this position.
• Integration: taking a new job can be a sensitive and difficult time for a manager. You want to receive training and guidance so you will succeed in this step in your career.
• Change management: your business is in a rapidly changing environment, must innovate to compete with its competitors, or has merged with another entity, among other situations.
