As a graduate, you can reserve a room and take advantage of KEDGE's facilities when you travel to Paris!
💻 How do I make a reservation?
For all reservation requests, please send us an email by clicking on the link below and providing the following information:
- Your first and last name;
- A telephone number;
- The day you wish to reserve a room/bubble;
- The time slot;
- The names of your companions, if any.
You will then receive confirmation of your room reservation by return e-mail.
Please note that the room is only reserved after confirmation from us.
On the day of the event, you can go to the campus reception desk to pick up your badge and gain access to the room you have reserved.
🔍 The spaces concerned
We now have4 meeting rooms, commonly known as Bubbles, bookable by the day or half-day (subject to availability).
Each room has :
- 6 places ;
- A wall-mounted screen;
- Free wifi access on campus.
