This Kedger is the Head of the Mediterranean Branch of Listen Too!
Listen Too, a consulting agency which specialises in digital transformation, is continuing its expansion within France with the launch of its Mediterranean branch on 1 June 2019.
The company’s most recent branch, Listen Too Méditerranée, aims to support the digitalisation of the Southern region’s economic actors. Drawing on the growth of its Listen Too Journey branch in Paris (2017), and Listen Too Grand Ouest (2018), the company (which currently has 100 employees in France), has turned a new page in its history - this time in the south of France.
The Southern region is an attractive territory, and is in the process of transformation. Driven by global players such as CMA-CGM, Airbus Hélicoptère, and ONET, as well as by the diverse economic fabric of those ETIs and SMEs that have a national reach, it is becoming a major focus of the French digital ecosystem. These changes require uncommon skills, so Listen Too supports agility, both in promoting the cultural conversion of organisations, and in the management of their innovative projects and products.

In order reach its objective, the company plans to recruit about ten employees for its Mediterranean branch over the coming year. Product owners, scrum masters, agility coaches, MOA project managers, and change management experts are all sought-after profiles.
This project will be led by Listen Too’s Hammou Cherchour, and will last around five years.
For this Kedge Business School graduate, (from the Master ESC programme in Marseille), it’s a return to his beloved city. With less than 30 years of age, he has helped major tourism and energy clients digitalise their B2B customer relationships. He started as Director of the Mediterranean branch as of 1 June 2019, in charge of both its development and support of its consultants.
"When I arrived at Listen Too in early 2015, there were 15 of us, and only in Paris. Today there are 110 of us, and soon will be more! A year and a half ago, Listen Too opened its "Grande Ouest" branch covering the Nantes and Niort regions, and all of Brittany. So, by combining my desires for the south, the region’s potential, and the dynamism of my firm, the conclusion was simple. We started discussions in the middle of last year, and a year later, I’m hanging up my consulting hat, to develop a real business project by becoming the Director of Listen Too Méditerranée," he said.
