Mr. David KIBLER, Deputy Consul General, Consulate General of France in Shanghai, attended the ceremony to convey his sincere felicitations to graduates and new participants. During his address, he underscored the great importance that the Consulate General of France in Shanghai attaches to the Sino-French cooperation programme and acknowledged the leading position of KEDGE Business School among all the business schools in France. Furthermore, he commended the outstanding contributions made by the Global MBA programme jointly run by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and KEDGE Business School, in developing the best management talents and promoting Sino-French business and cultural exchanges.

Prof. CHEN Ke, Deputy Director of International Affairs Division of Shanghai Jiao Tong University congratulated all the graduates and new participants firstly. He said that Shanghai Jiao Tong University has always adhered to an open and cooperative attitude towards international education and has created a number of fruitful and exemplary Sino-foreign cooperative education programmes, of which French higher education institutions are one of the most important partners.

Mr. Alexandre de NAVAILLES, Managing Director of KEDGE Business School, delivered his speech via video. He greeted the guests, expressed his warm congratulations to graduates of Global MBA Intake 2020 on their success, and extended his best wishes to participants of Global MBA Intake 2022. He also addressed his gratitude to the leaders of SJTU-ICCI, partner Chinese institution of the programme, the MBA Programme Director and Operations Director Shanghai of KEDGE. He called on all graduates, new participants, and alumni to become KEDGE ambassadors, be proud of their identity as KEDGE GMBAers, and share their exceptional MBA learning experience with their family, friends, and colleagues.

Prof. ZHANG Weimin, Dean of Institute of Cultural and Creative Industry of SJTU firstly expressed his earnest expectation to all the graduates and new participants. As he noted, the Global MBA programme is beyond a mere experience in the participants' lives; =it serves as the foundation for a broader career path. He firmly believes that through the collaborative efforts made by SJTU and KEDGE, as well as the ever-flourishing friendship between China and France, the Global MBA programme will achieve even greater progress and excellence.

Prof. Hervé REMAUD, MBA Programme Director of KEDGE Business School announced two great news after expressing his congrats to GMBAers and gratitude to co-workers from both Chinese and French institutions. Firstly, KEDGE successfully obtained the renewal of its AMBA accreditation for a maximum period of 5 years for its Global Executive MBA in November last year. Furthermore, the programme confirmed its leading position as one of the top 10 in China, as per the Global Executive MBA ranking published by Financial Times.

On behalf of the programme alumni, Ms. Tina Zhu (Global MBA 2015 Intake, COO/Deputy General Manager, E-Home [Joint Venture of OPG & Microsoft], Entertainment Development Company Ltd., President of KEDGE Entrepreneurship Club) delivered an impactful speech. She highlighted the enduring and positive impact that the Global MBA programme has had on her life and career, particularly through the various alumni events that have greatly contributed to her professional development. As an alumna, Ms. Tina Zhu emphasized that gender should not be a constraint on personal development but rather a driving force for women to achieve remarkable accomplishments and break the glass ceiling. She called for people's attention and dedication to creating a more equal, inclusive, and diverse working environment.

As representative of the Global MBA 2020 Intake, Ms. Lily Dong (Senior Marketing Director, APAC, Centric Software) thanked KEDGE, SJTU, all the classmates from the Global MBA 2020 Intake, families, and friends for their support over the past two years. Looking back on the two-year study, the participants of the Global MBA 2020 Intake have overcome many obstacles during the epidemic and have successfully completed their studies. She is now more determined and confident than ever.
