KEDGE Business School’s MBA programmes’ AMBA certification has been renewed for 5 years
KEDGE Business School was initially certified in 2007 and just received the renewal of its AMBA certification for its Global Executive MBA.
The AMBA (Association of MBAs) a British organisation, evaluates MBAs according to specific criteria around educational quality and governance. KEDGE’s Global Executive MBA was also recognised as one of the top five EMBAs in France by the Financial Times in 2022, and its AMBA certification, which is held to the highest international standards, has been renewed for the maximum period of 5 years, without conditions.
With the renewal of this label of excellence, KEDGE has confirmed the place it earned in 2017 as a member of the top 1% of management schools in the world, and one of 16 French schools that have the honour of being accredited with the most renowned international labels: AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA.
The AMBA certification criteria includes the school’s mission (its values, its policies), governance, strategic objectives, environment and institutional context, alliances and agreements it has established, faculty, research, studies, and educational programmes.
The members of the AMBA certification committee praised the school’s strong commitment to supporting the development of its Continuing Education programmes, in particular its MBA programmes.
They also congratulated KEDGE Business School’s pedagogical team and faculty for their high-quality academic and personal support to programme participants.
The committee members also highlighted the excellent profiles of students selected for the school’s MBA programmes, whether in France, China, or West Africa and noted that the students remain very attached to the programme and become deeply invested in the Alumni network.
The Alumni Association also received particular recognition for its dynamism and for the important role that Alumni play in the school’s governance and programmes.
“The renewal of our AMBA certification is a great source of pride and motivation to continue to promote a management culture centred on long-term societal impact. The AMBA certification in addition to the work that’s been done to reposition our Executive MBA around business’ environmental and social impact makes KEDGE’s MBA programmes one of the most attractive international programmes,” declared Alexandre de Navailles, General Director of KEDGE.
