Nathalie has been a certified coach since 2006 and an accredited associate member of the French Coaching Society since 2013.

With 17 years of experience in coaching, Nathalie has made the following observation: Leaders, managers do not take the time to "feel" how they live situations, to stop on the satisfaction or joy of successes, they are already in the setting of new objectives, or on the moments of doubt, worry in difficulties with high stakes. Very often avoiding their fears, they take refuge in action and the quest for results, an approach that is reassuring in the moment but which contributes to living by putting pressure on themselves or their teams.
