Filhet-Allard is sponsoring the 2020/2021 class from the Master in Risk Management programme at KEDGE
Filhet-Allard, one of the leading French insurance brokerage firms, is sponsoring the new Master in Risk Management (IMR) class.
KEDGE's Master in Risk Management (IMR) is ranked 3rd best French academic programme in global risk management. The programme trains highly qualified risk management professionals, 100% of whom find employment within three months after receiving their degree. The Head of the insurance brokerage group Filhet-Allard gave an account of his career path and the history of his company to this year’s IMR class. Discussions regarding the sector and career developments punctuated this meeting.
Alexandre de Navailles, KEDGE’s General Director explained, "This sponsorship is part of a strategy of developing the attractiveness of young talent in the region. Forty-one former students now hold positions within the Filhet-Allard Group".
This collaboration enables KEDGE and its students benefit from the skills of the Filhet-Allard Group through courses given by its instructors. In addition, managers from the firm will visit the Bordeaux campus throughout the year to share their experience and business expertise. On KEDGE’s side, it will invest in identifying young talent and experienced managers in line with the company's strategy.
Grégory Allard, the Chairman of Filhet-Allard & Cie, emphasised "We have partnered with KEDGE in its Master in Risk Management programme because of the quality of KEDGE’s training programmes. Once in the field, the graduates are operational. We have thus recruited many talents".
Our common objective is to build a long-term partnership by fostering close and quality relationships for the benefit of the region.
