Bérengère Malin joins KEDGE Business School as Director of Corporate Relations & Entrepreneurship
KEDGE Business School announces the appointment of Bérengère Malin to the position of Director of Corporate Relations & Entrepreneurship. She began her new position on 10 October 2022.
Bérengère Malin will manage the activities relating to the employability of students, corporate partnerships, the KEDGE Foundation, entrepreneurship, action-based teaching, and the Alumni network. She is also a member of the Executive Board.
Throughout her career, Bérengère accumulated solid experience in strategy, business development, sales, marketing, and digital for B2B and B2C clients in corresponding fields such as operations consulting, communication agencies, strategy, and management consulting firms, as well as SMEs and major groups.
She is a graduate of the European Business School and the Executive MBA of HEC Paris. She started her career in 1991 in operational marketing agencies at BDDP/TBWA and DDB where she was the Consulting Director. Bérengère’s experience in the design and management of Air France's first loyalty programme gave her a taste for customer relationship management, which has become the common thread in her career. She joined EY Conseil/Capgemini Invent in 1999 within the Sales Marketing Strategy unit and then held various marketing, digital & communication and customer service management positions from 2007 onwards at Arval (BNP Paribas Group), Thalys International (SNCF Group), and Manpower France.
After an entrepreneurial stint with VSEs and the creation of a Think Lab in New Caledonia to support entrepreneurship and employability, Bérengère became the Director of Executive Business Development and Sales for the Executive Education inter- and intra-company programmes in 2019.
Bérengère's role at KEDGE will be to increase the employability of students by focusing on learning by doing, increasing corporate partnerships, actively participating in improving the economic ecosystems, and enhancing the value of KEDGE's research, as well as continuing to build on all the school's activities related to entrepreneurship. She will also be in charge of leading the Alumni network and managing the KEDGE Business School Foundation for Responsible Management. These mandates are all part of the KEDGE 25 strategic plan, which was adopted in 2020.
Bérengère Malin is a member of the KEDGE Management Committee and reports to Alexandre de Navailles, the school's Director General.
Alexandre De Navailles, KEDGE Director General
