2nd SEMESTER- Session 3: Thursday, 14 April 2022 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm:
Bordeaux - Haut Medoc and Medoc
Discover the Médoc and Haut-Médoc regions, their unique characteristics, grape varieties, terroirs, as well as their various appellations such as Moulis, Margaux, Saint-Julien, Pessac-Léognan, and others.
These events, which have taken place for 20 years now, are led by Muriel Petit, professional oenologist,
and KEDGE Alumnus Olivier Mora.
Our oenological meetings are open to all KEDGE students and graduates, as well as to external participants, whether located in France or abroad. The sessions will take place by videoconference once a month starting at 7 pm. Participants will receive PDF documentation prior to the session and will be able to interact and ask our oenologist any questions they may have. What's more, each session ends with a live tasting!
OPTIONAL: If you’d like, you can purchase a wine corresponding to the theme of the eventing to taste during the session. Prior to each session, you will receive wine suggestions related to that evening’s theme.
Here is a selection of wines that can be purchased from Nicolas:
Chateau d'Arcins Haut Médoc
Chateau de Camarsac Medoc
Chateau Ruhat Petit-Poujeaux Moulis
Chevalier de la Bottière Peassac Léognan
These recommended wines, which can be purchased at Nicolas, are indicative only. Given the diversity of the course topics, recommending only one wine would not be representative of the content of the session, so we recommend several wines. The wines in bold are good value for the quality and/or wines at the most reasonable prices.
