Learn how to overcome this feeling of imposture and dare to apply for the job you want.
Option: You can take advantage of 1 hour of individual, personalised coaching after the workshop to explore the subject in greater depth with your coach.
🎯 Objectives
The aim of this workshop is to help you overcome the barriers to applying for jobs that can prevent you from actively applying for professional opportunities.
- Imposter syndrome: myth or reality? We'll look at the doubts, fear of rejection, lack of self-confidence and self-sabotage that can hold you back,
- I'll help you to develop a positive, confident attitude to your job search.
- We'll also see how important it is to play the authenticity card, to make an impression while remaining yourself. There's no such thing as the ideal candidate, and the good news is that recruiters know it!

As a Certified Professional Coach, I spent the first 25 years of my career as a HR Director in large public and private organisations, mainly in the luxury and cultural sectors, with particular expertise in the performing arts. My in-depth knowledge of human resources covers areas such as recruitment, social dialogue, pay policy, career management and training. |
I currently run a skills assessment consultancy based in Anglet in the Basque Country. In addition to my professional coaching services, I provide consultancy and mentoring in the field of human resources.
I also provide support as a volunteer for an association that helps executives and young graduates in their job search, career transition or business start-up phase. I'm passionate about what I do and dedicated to helping people achieve their full professional potential.
