Stress and career: Striking a balance

How can we turn stress into a powerful ally rather than a formidable adversary?

In a world where careers are no longer linear, professional changes (job search, change of position, change of life, creation of a freelance activity or company...) have become commonplace.

These transitions, while stimulating, can also generate significantstress. While this stress can sometimes act as a performance driver, it can also become a blocking factor.

🎯 OBJECTIVES

The aim of this workshop is to give you the tools you need to understand what stress is, so you can better manage it.

Following this workshop, you will be able to :

  • Recognize your limits in order to stay in a positive, non-destructive state of stress.

Join us for this interactive workshop, based on the power of teamwork, shared experience and, above all, kindness.
