The evening's program:
6:30 pm: Welcome
Welcome by José Milano, Managing Director of KEDGE
7:00 pm: Debate on the theme: "Will we still be drinking wine in 2050?
Will wine, the age-old nectar that has conquered continents and civilizations, still be in our glasses in 2050? It has spanned the ages, religions and empires, but in this new world, unpredictable, disruptive and subject to climate challenges on an unprecedented scale, will wine survive ?
And if so, in what form? From what latitudes will it come? With what taste? Produced from which grape varieties? With what new rituals, cultures and dishes to accompany it? Who will profit from this new business? Are we heading for a reshaping of the industry? Or its decomposition?
Join our four experts as they decipher, analyze and sift through the subject with journalist Cécile CASTEX.
- Sylvie CAZES, President of the Fondation pour la culture et les civilisations du vin and HEC graduate
- Jacques Olivier PESME, Director of the Wine and Spirits Academy and graduate of KEDGE BS.
- Thierry BLANDINIERES, General Manager of IN VIVO and graduate of AUDENCIA BS.
