Making strategic decisions in crisis situations
Alumni videoconference workshop
Kedge Alumni invites you to take part in this new Alumni Workshop on the theme of " Making strategic decisions in crisis situations".
Workshop objectives :
Making strategic decisions in crisis situations" is a practical workshop designed to help us make conscious decisions and understand our automatisms. The connotation we place behind the word crisis is unique to each of us. Social, family, professional or personal: which areas of life are affected?
Not forgetting the important factor of urgency: "I don't have time, I have to take action right away" or "I anticipate and prepare myself". In both cases, I apply a strategy.
Detailed program:
- Coping with an unpleasant situation: finding the zone of progress between the comfort zone (habits) and the panic zone (the unknown). This is the challenge zone, a transition phase (ability to...)
- Managing the expression of negative emotions, which can compromise our ability to think and make rational decisions.
- The path to a decision; the 10 major pitfalls of decision-making
- Identifying our automatisms; knowing how to make conscious decisions to minimize the risk of error
It's all about making strategic decisions consciously, with the means identified above to provide an urgent response to the crisis. A non-decision is also a decision.
