Leadership and communication
KEDGE would like to involve its graduates in the work of enhancing its brand.
The school is holding three online focus groups to canvass graduates about the school's current brand image in order to frame the school's future together.
As the higher education and business school highly competitive sector, KEDGE must regularly adapt and readjust its positioning. The school’s recent growth, which has been accelerated by the current global health crisis, and a change of management at KEDGE, has led us to rethink our brand platform. The school is very attached to its graduate network and would like to involve the Alumni community as much as possible in this rethink so that they too can be part of defining KEDGE's new brand identity.
We are giving you the mic: take part in our focus groups and let us know what you think!
How will KEDGE involve its Alumni? 🎓
1) By offering its 68,000 graduates the opportunity to participate in a written survey 📝
You will soon receive an email requesting that you respond to an online survey about the school's current brand identity. This will be an opportunity for you to offer not only your opinion but also those of the people you know (family, colleagues, friends, etc.).
2) By inviting Alumni to three online focus groups 🎥
The school is holding three online focus groups, during which groups of eight graduates will be able to freely discuss KEDGE's brand image, positioning, and reputation. These groups will meet via videoconference (Teams), and the sessions will last one hour. The three sessions will be held on the following dates and times:
- Tuesday, 8 December, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
- Wednesday, 9 December, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
- Thursday, 10 December, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
I’LL PARTICIPATE IN THE FUTURE OF MY SCHOOL AND BE PART OF A FOCUS GROUP
And after that?
Once the responses from the written survey and focus groups have been collected and analysed, the school's communication teams will work on a project to accentuate the KEDGE brand. This will be a long, but exciting task and all parties involved will be regularly consulted to ensure the results correspond to each group that the KEDGE brand represents (graduates, students, partners, employees, etc.).
We would like to thank in advance all the graduates who will volunteer to become actors in the school's future brand identity by completing our online survey and participating in our focus groups.
