KEDGE Bordeaux: the Forum Events student association organizes the Geo-Economy Festival

Forum Events, KEDGE's student association, is organizing the first edition of the Festival de Géo-économie, which will focus on economic foresight in the context of cybersecurity and the resource crisis. The Festival de Géo-économie proposes to analyze and discover current economic trends, in order to imagine what the world economy will look like in 20 years' time.

The four themes of the first edition are :

• New technologies
• State economic policy in a geopolitical context
• the environment
• Ethics

The first event is a conference on the state of cybersecurity in France. The two guests will present their specialist view of the cyber sector, its challenges, issues and levers for improvement.

The second event is a round-table discussion in which experts will discuss the strategies implemented by governments and companies to secure the future of their economies and enable their champions to remain competitive and leaders. The challenge is to explain this in terms of geopolitics, new technologies and resources.

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Round-table discussion on the strategies adopted by governments and companies to maintain the competitive edge of their economic champions and enable them to adapt to economic, geopolitical, social and environmental changes.

Round table: "The economic challenges of resources, new technologies and geopolitics".

In the presence of : C. Harbulot, Didier Julienne (expert in raw materials and metals) and Olivier Labbe (Managing Director, CAP DC).
