The Swiss Association of Friends of the Grandes Écoles looks forward to welcoming you to its next Plaisirs et Découvertes evening.

Vous aimez le gin, le Moscow Mule, le Old Fashioned et vous voulez en savoir plus sur leur fabrication ?
La reconnaissance des plantes utilisées dans les alcools, les termes blind tasting et les techniques de distillation vous sont inconnus ?

 

Venez percer les secrets des alcools distillés à basse température à la distillerie Alter. au coeur de Genève.

 

Quentin Verne nous a préparé des ateliers pédagogiques (reconnaissance des plantes, blind / tasting,…) et des dégustations de créations afin de percer les mystères de la transformation des alcools sur le lieu de production.
