🎯 OBJECTIVES

This program consists of 10 hours of individual, personalized coaching with your coach and aims to:

• Encourage you to reflect on your professional development,

• Analyze your career path and achievements: identify your strengths, assets and areas for improvement, and transform them into areas for development,
• Help you project yourself into the future: build a professional project, be part of a dynamic of change and progress,
• Work with you to draw up an action plan: define the means and actions to be implemented in order to make your development a reality.

This support is provided via videoconferencing, so it's accessible to EVERYONE, wherever you are!
