🎯 OBJECTIVES

This workshop will enable you to change the way you think about the players involved in recruitment.

  • Identify the different stages in the recruitment process, the selection criteria and the expectations of recruiters.
  • Who recruits you: a recruitment officer, a headhunter or an operational manager? Identify the different types of recruiters so you canadapt your approach.
  • Discover the techniques used by recruiters to evaluate candidates, and get practical advice on how to prepare, manage stress and showcase your skills.

A Certified Professional Coach, Claire spent the first 25 years of her career as an HR Director in large public and private organizations, mainly in the luxury and cultural sectors, with particular expertise in the performing arts.

Her in-depth knowledge of human resources encompasses areas such as recruitment, social dialogue, salary policy, career management and training.

She is passionate about her work and dedicated to helping individuals reach their full professional potential.
