Why have a meditation practice?
Google's example in this area has been imitated, and its "Search Inside Yourself" programme is used throughout organisations. Many are looking for fulfilment and balance in their lives. The search for meaning is at the heart of their search, and companies have not escaped this reality. The arrival of the younger generations has challenged accepted norms, the world is speeding up, and a permanent rethink is in order.
This introductory programme has been designed to make participants aware of new managerial practices. Mindfulness has become an underlying management style that promotes the development of individuals, teams, and performance. It’s being used in management schools, such as Grenoble, and is the subject of presentations at events such as "Les entrepreneurs d'avenir" in Bordeaux, "Université du Bonheur au travail" at the Spinoza factory, "Nouveau pouvoir, nouveaux leader" in Nantes, as well as others.
Option: You can also benefit from 1 or 2 hours of individual and personalised coaching following the employment workshops to work with our coach.
Detailed Programme
- Learn the techniques and benefits of meditation (reduction of stress; emotional regulation; improvement of concentration and memory, etc.).
- Learn how to meditate and introduce it into your daily life. (Meditation exercises focused on body sensations, posture, breathing, etc)
- Learn how to Adopt a positive leadership management style: developing performance by focusing on well-being; understanding the link between well-being and performance; discovering the mechanisms behind positive leadership; using your character strengths to achieve your goals.

- Workshop: 24 March 2022 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm
🌎This workshop is being held remotely, so is accessible to EVERYONE, whether located in France or abroad! You just need a computer, internet access, and a webcam (strongly suggested).
The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop.
- INDIVIDUAL COACHING OPTION. After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session.
Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeited.
