Coaching:

As part of its range of support programmes for its graduates, KEDGE BS Alumni offers graduates a “Mock Job Interview” service 

The job interview is a crucial step in the recruitment process. In fact, as it’s the first meeting with your potential future employer, it’s essential to prepare for this meeting beforehand.

Objectives:

Do you have an upcoming interview for a job, an exam, or an internship?

• Familiarise yourself with the different type of interviews and their specific features (individual/group, HR/operational, tests, simulations, etc).
• Face-to-face interviews, video, telephone, pre-recorded video interview (e.g., easyRECrue): what are the differences?
• Practice the attitudes and postures to adopt during an interview.
• Be prepared for any questions that recruiters may ask you.
• Identify oral mistakes you may potentially make and correct them.
• Develop your ability to be convincing.

Programme 

Prepare for your upcoming interview with a coach and benefit from two hours of individual and personalised coaching in a simulated setting that will allow you to feel confident on the Big Day.

Prerequisites:

In order for the coaching to be most effective, please send your CV and the advertisement to you which you are applying to in advance services@kedgebs-alumni.com .

Of course, any information provided is confidential and subject to the professional ethics of the KEDGE Alumni team of coaches.

Who’s it for?

Any graduates who have an upcoming job interview, or who want to be prepared for one.

Modalities: 

Once you have completed your registration, we will send your details to our coach and he or she will contact you directly to schedule your coaching sessions

Be sure to verify that your contact information is up to date in your profile so the coach can easily contact you.

This service is provided via video conference, thus is accessible to EVERYONE, whether in France or abroad! All you need is a computer, an internet connection, and a webcam (strongly recommended).

Attention: Any sessions cancelled with less than 48-hour advance notice will be forfeit.
