ALUMNI WORKSHOP MARSEILLE
Professional Co-Development Sessions (6 Session Programme)
Boost your management skills by discovering a new learning method.
Pedagogical objectives of the training programme:
-Learn how to be more efficient in your management practices.
-Bring concrete solutions to difficult situations or management projects.
-Improve your consultation skills: listen, question, help, give appropriate advice.
-Improve your team work skills: participate, accept different opinions, boost, learn from others, commit.
What is co-development?
A professional co-development group is a training approach that focuses on the group and the interactions between group participants to facilitate the achievement of the fundamental goal: improving your professional practice. Adrien PAYETTE, Management Professor in Montréal, developed this simple and great concept in the 90s. This approach has made its way to French companies and brings with it something different:
– We don't start with concepts and theories, we start with the field
– Everyone's involvement is immediately strong and surprising
– The problems that we deal with are real and important. The session is immediately useful.
– Sometimes old problems, that seem stuck, are viewed in a different light, and suddenly find a solution.
– We are oriented toward decision and action
– The sessions are spread out over time to improve the return on the result and each individual's evolution.
Practical Modalities:
We bring together 6 to 8 people, from different environments, based on the idea that diversity is a strength that will enable participants to look at problems from different angles and offer concrete and operational solutions. The sessions last 3 hours and are part of a 6 session cycle, spread out over time (1 session per month).
6 3-hour session Programme:
- 19/01 at 6:30 pm
- 6/02 at 6:30 pm
- 13/03 at 6:30 pm
- 19/04 at 6:30 pm
- 17/05 at 6:30 pm
- 19/06 at 6:30 pp
In this process, we learn on two levels:
• On the operational level: we find operational answers to concrete problems.
• On the relationship level: the posture that each person takes during the process enables him or her to improve his or her personal and collaborative resources.
