Alumni Workshop "How to negotiate your salary?"
As part of its range of graduate support programmes, KEDGE BS Alumni offers "Salary Negotiation” workshops for its Alumni.
Addressing the issue of salary is never an easy thing to do in a job interview or appraisal/evolution interview. Although it is a perfectly relevant issue to raise, the art of salary negotiation is not one that is easy to master.
Objectives:
The Salary Negotiation workshop guides participants to formulate their expectations according to his or her career situation (job interview, annual review, etc) and put in place a plan of concrete actions to negotiate wage and other compensation.
- At what moment do you raise the subject, particularly in a job interview.
- With which interviewer should you raise it?
- What is a candidate's conceivable room for manoeuvre and negotiation?
Programme:
Prepare for your upcoming interview with a coach and benefit from three hours of individual and personalised coaching in a simulated setting that will allow you to feel confident on the Big Day.
Prerequisite:
In order to make this coaching the most effective, please answer a few questions when you register so that sessions can be more quickly focused on concrete solutions and practical exercises.
