Laurence CAPIEU
Transition Manager at Impact - Association IMWILaurence Capieu has been supporting companies in their transformations since 2017, as an interim manager and business advisor. She has a dual engineering and business background, with 10 years in sales, sales management and consulting. This led to 10 years of intrapreneurship and transformation of niche businesses in large companies, at the heart of the circular economy and functionality. She then moved on to the general management of an SME, for a successful turnaround and redeployment, before becoming independent as an entrepreneurial project leader and then interim manager. In recent years, she has supported companies in their transformation programs, such as Groupe Renault, Economat des Armées, Naldeo Technologies et Industries and CIRSEE, the Suez Group's research center. Convinced that economic sustainability requires a shift away from the traditional economy, she proposes to lead companies towards robustness and the full development of their potential and value creation.

Quadrilingual, she is fluent in English, Dutch, French and Spanish, which enables her to evolve easily in international contexts. She has held strategic positions at PRICOA International and the Dutch Flower Board. Since 2017, she has been invested at WAYDEN, where she holds the roles of Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Development. Since 2022, she has also been Managing Director of France Transition, giving her a 360-degree view of the interim management market in which she operates.
