Succeed in your career as a woman

Today, there is still too much inequality between the careers of men and women.

In 2020, women in France received a salary that was 16% lower than that of men

(source: Eurostat).

According to a study by Women Equity Partners (based on more than 40,000 medium-sized companies), those run by women are 32% more profitable.

However, women's beliefs about themselves sometimes lead them to hold back (in asking for a raise, applying for a job, etc.). On the other hand, managers (both men and women) may have preconceived ideas and may even choose certain men over qualified and competent women.

Women are full of resources and their talents are waiting to be developed and used.
